Refund policy


DUE TO COVID 19 WE NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE AND RETURN 

 

RETURN

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inscribe you that we have received your returned item. We will also inscribe you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, with the basic amount of the order in the form of store credits. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded.

 

PLEASE NOTE

We accept refund requests within 5 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. If you chose a refund, the refund will not be processed until it arrives back at the warehouse. This may take up to 3-5 Working days from delivery receipt.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

REFUND

We want to provide every customer with a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for a small business to offer returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts five days. If five days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded. To initiate the return, you will have to drop a request at help@casemurk.com. 

We still want to sustainably keep offering one free return/exchange on every order.

The payment may be processed prior to the CASEMURK dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment or unprocessed order the said amount will be reversed by your same mode of payment.

We do not charge any fee on return shipping OR return handling fee from the customer.

Please Note

You can get a refund in the form of store credits. Store credits can be used to make future purchases at CASEMURK.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at help@casemurk.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item. If the item is shipped from our end, the order can't be cancelled. However, returns and refunds will be applicable according to our policies.

 

EXCHANGE 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@casemurk.com 

*Exchange will be initiated only once against a single order

You can notify us about the exchange product which can be selected from our website. In case of difference in pricing 

If the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process. If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product: we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credit.

We accept replacement requests within 3-5days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. 

 

RETURNS\EXCHANGE THROUGH PICKUP

We usually arrange a return pickup for the order. In a case where the return pickup can not be initiated, we ask you to ship the product to one of our locations. If you are shipping the order on your own, we will credit your CASEMURK account with up to ₹100. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

SHIPPING

We endeavour to dispatch your order within the time as but shoot us an email here help@casemurk.com as soon as you realize that something may be wrong. We will work hard to get you what you need!

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item on your own, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

STORE CREDIT

We offer store credit to our customers who are not satisfied with their purchase so that they can pick something else from our website which would suit their needs better. Store credit is valid forever! It never expires. You may pick any product you like and redeem the store credit.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE RETURNS 

  •  Thin cases for iPhone 6/7/8 series.
  •  A product that is being discontinued
  • Any other products that are marked as non-returnable,
  • mentioned on the product page.
  • Products with obvious signs of usage.
  • Sale item(s).
  • Shipping cost, if ever charged.
  • Order placed using store credits.
